Downtown Elizabethton welcomed a new member to the small business community on Tuesday, August 11, with a ribbon cutting celebrating Franciene Signature Salon, located at 109 S. Sycamore Street.
Franciene is joining downtown by renting a chair from Signature Salon and owner Pam Collins. A seasoned stylist with more than 25 years of experience, Franciene brings a true passion for her craft and a creative approach to hair.
Known for creating beautiful color, precision cuts, and signature razor cuts, Franciene blends these techniques to create a personalized approach for each client. Her experience and artistry make her a natural addition to Downtown Elizabethton’s growing community of creative entrepreneurs.
“I am so excited to join this incredible artistic community that honors the rich history of Downtown while embracing the future through new opportunities for artists, creativity, and connection. I look forward to being part of what’s ahead!” said Franciene.
Main Street Elizabethton and the Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber were excited to celebrate Franciene’s new venture and welcome her as an active member of both organizations. Her decision to become part of each organization showcases her dedication to being a part of the community.
