Individual: $50.00 annually
Family: $75.00 annually

Business Levels

1 –10 employees: $120.00 annually
11 –24 employees: $250.00 annually
25 –49 employees: $500.00 annually

Corporate (50+ employees): $1,000.00+ annually
Benefactor: 1-time contribution (see board for details)
Non-Profit: $75 annually

Agreement Requirements

I acknowledge that Main Street Elizabethton membership fees are due annually. I agree to volunteer 4 hours each year to support the program. Failure to complete these requirements may result in termination from the Main Street Elizabethton membership program. By signing below, I agree to these terms and conditions.
