Join the City Parks & Recreation Department and the Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library for a Beetlejuice-themed night at Covered Bridge Park! Food trucks, Cosplay, and the costume contest begin at 6 PM. A free showing of Beetlejuice will start at approximately 6:30.
