August Muse is hosting Arts in Action: King University Theatre Reading “Good King Wenceslas”!King University Theatre brings the cast of the world premiere of “Good King Wenceslas” to Elizabethton. Come enjoy watching live readings of selected scenes, enter to win free tickets, and meet the cast.
King University Theatre Cast members will read selected scenes from the new play, “Good King Wenceslas” by Katherine Paterson and Stephanie Tolan.

This new Comic Miracle Play is the perfect Christmas entertainment event for the entire family. Katherine Paterson, an award winning author and known for “Bridge to Terabithia”, and is an alumna of King University. Stephanie Tolan is known for her award winning book “Surviving the Applewhites”. Together they have created a new comedy with family traditions, conflict, and a miracle. Alaska Vance, director, and cast are excited to share this new work with East Tennessee. The full staged performance will be December 1-3 at the Paramount Center for the Arts in Bristol.
