Urban Grace Dance of Roan Mountain and Shellshead Ballet wish to present to you An Afternoon of Dance on Sunday December 17, 2023 at 3:00pm. The students of Shellshead Ballet will be performing excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite titled “Land of the Sweets”. The students of Urban Grace Dance present “Dance of the Nativity” an account of Jesus’ birth told through dance. A spectacular combination of timeless holiday stories told within the genres of Ballet, Hiphop, Contemporary, Jazz and Tap. Artistic Directors, Katrina Locklin and Eva Hunter, wish for this performance to be a gift to the community and hope families will attend this performance as part of their holiday celebrations.
